In one aspect, the invention provides compositions comprising enalapril and simvastatin for use in methods for the treatment and/or prevention of cardiovascular disease, and to the use of such compositions in the manufacture of products for such treatment and/or prevention. In another aspect, the invention provides methods for the treatment and/or prevention of cardiovascular disease using compositions comprising enalapril, simvastatin and acetylsalicylic acid. The compositions and methods of the invention are useful in the treatment and prevention of cardiovascular disease in a variety of animals, particularly humans.La presente invención se refiere a una composición farmacéutica para el tratamiento de la hipercolesterolemia que comprende: 20 mg de simvastatina, 75 mg de ácido acetilsalicílico y 10 mg de enalapril.
