PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gel-type hair dressing agent composition capable of stably mixing powder in the gel-type composition, exhibiting excellent hair dressing power, and redressing hair.SOLUTION: The gel-type hair dressing agent composition includes: (A) silicic anhydride and/or hydrophobized silicic anhydride (B) smectite group clay minerals, preferably at least one selected from the group consisting of montmorillonite, hectorite and saponite and (C) water.
