The present invention relates to an implanter for a capsule type electronic, which inserts an electronic tag into a subject. Especially, the electronic tag is prepared by embedding an IC chip in a capsule, and thus is traceable in wired and wireless manners. Especially, the implanter can insert and fix a large-sized electronic tag (approximately, 30-100 mm long) into domestic animals, such as cows, horses, pigs, and the like, thereby preventing the damage of the electronic tag due to external environments (impact, temperature, and the like) and obtaining accurate information on growth conditions of domestic animals. The implanter for a capsule type electronic tag comprises: a base body (2) a tubular needle body (3) provided in the base body, receiving an electronic tag capsule (T) with an IC chip embedded therein, and having a space part with an opened front end a pressurizing pole (4) pressurizing the electronic tag capsule which is contained in the needle body to the outside to put the electronic tag capsule out and an operating unit for allowing the needle body and the pressurizing pole to travel back and forth between an inside and an outside of a subject.
