The invention relates to a system for the drying and/or industrial encapsulation of thermolabile substances, which comprises at least one injection unit (1) into which are introduced the thermolabile substance, a material that encapsulates when the system is used for encapsulating, a solvent, additives and a volume of injection gas for obtaining microdrops with the thermolabile substance.
