Composition and food for use of inhibition of alcohol uptake or suppression of liver damage due to alcohol comprising green tea extract containing catechin gallate, and gamma-polyglutamic acid
The present invention relates to a composition or a food product containing catechin gallate and poly-gamma-glutamic acid for inhibiting alcohol absorption and/or liver damage from alcohol. The composition or the food product according to the present invention can be used for relieving a hangover and inhibits absorption of catechin gallate in the intestines by means of the poly-gamma-glutamic acid, thereby displaying continuous suppression of alcohol absorption in the stomach and intestines by means of the cathechin gallate.본 발명은 카테킨 갈레이트와 폴리감마글루탐산을 포함하는 알코올 흡수 억제용 및/또는 알코올성 간 손상 억제용 조성물 또는 식품에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 상기 조성물 또는 식품은 숙취해소용으로 사용될 수 있으며, 폴리감마글루탐산에 의해 카테킨 갈레이트가 장내에서 흡수되는 것이 저해됨으로써 카테킨 갈레이트에 의한 위장관에서 알코올의 흡수 저지 작용이 지속적으로 나타날 수 있다.
