PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a femur fixing device capable of firmly fixing a turning prevention member. A femoral fixation device (1) includes an intramedullary nail (3), a swivel prevention pin (62) inserted into the intramedullary nail (3), and an adjusting tool (4) internally fitted to the intramedullary nail (3). The adjusting tool 4 has a rotating portion 9 and a slide portion 8. The rotating portion 9 is rotatably screwed into the intramedullary nail 3 and is rotatably connected to the upper end portion of the slide portion 8. The slide portion 8 is provided with a space 85b into which the turning prevention pin 62 is inserted, and a biasing portion 82 extends from the side wall of the space 85b into the space 85b. When the rotating part 9 is rotated in the predetermined direction with respect to the intramedullary nail 3, the adjusting tool 4 is lowered, and the biasing part 82 presses the swivel prevention pin 62 downward to fix it.
