FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, cosmetology and concerns prevention and elimination of changes in face skin during ageing. Method comprises following sequence of procedures in one session: chemical or mechanical polishing, which is selected in accordance with existing patient changes, further hardware impact with microcurrents with a frequency of 0.3 Hz, current of 400 mcA, with an asymmetric bipolar pulse shape, repeating shape of physiological nerve pulse. Method then includes exposure to an apparatus, providing ultrasonic treatment in combination with local dynamic massage, with exposure in each of two modes of operation of apparatus on each side of face, frequency of 10 MHz, penetration depth of 3 mm. Further, method includes 7-12 epicenter lymphotropic injections, chosen according to individual changes in skin of particular patient. A month later, session is repeated, which includes entire sequence of said procedures.
