The first long side of the first rectangular portion coincides with a side of the second rectangular portion. One end of the multiple first pulling implements is fastened to the first long side and a ring-shaped implement is provided on the other end. One end of the multiple second pulling implements is fastened to the second long side of the first rectangular portion and an engaging implement is provided on the other end.
