PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biological information processing apparatus which can efficiently execute biological information processing.SOLUTION: A biological information processing apparatus comprises: a first processing unit 10 which receives an ultrasonic wave generated by emitting an ultrasonic wave to a subject portion and creates first information related to an organism of the subject portion a second processing unit 20 which receives an acoustic wave generated by irradiating the subject portion with light and creates second information related to the organism of the subject portion and a determiner 30 which determines a generation region for which the second information is generated and a non-generation region for which no second information is generated of the received acoustic wave on the basis of the first information and makes the second processing unit perform processing in accordance with the determination result.
