PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving hood of a fishing rod reel seat hard to be affected by the thickness of a reel leg and is hard to generate rattling, and provide the fishing rod reel seat and a fishing rod.SOLUTION: A cylindrical moving hood 3 includes a moving hood part 32 for covering an end 52 of a reel leg 51, and is externally mounted in a movable manner in an axial direction to a reel seat body 2 in a non-rotatable state. An upper side slope 33 coming down toward a far side and a lower side slope 34 coming up toward the far side are included in an inner face of the moving hood part 32.
