PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide chemical compounds useful for prevention and treatment of diseases associated with metabolic disorder, post-menopausal obesity and high fat diet consumption.SOLUTION: The chemical compounds of the invention can be used for producing drugs for preventing and/or treating diseases associated with metabolic disorder, post-menopausal obesity and high fat diet consumption, including body weight gain, fat mass formation, bone mineral content reduction, white adipose tissue weight gain, increased cholesterol level, increased leptin level, insulin resistance, type II diabetes, increased blood sugar level, inflammatory diseases, osteoarthritis, cardiovascular diseases such as hypertension (high blood pressure) or stroke, fatty liver condition (accumulation of fat in the liver) such as non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH), decreased uncoupling protein-1 (UCP-1) levels and increased lipogenesis.【課題】代謝障害、閉経後肥満および高脂肪食摂取に関連する疾患の予防、治療に有用な化合物を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の化合物は、体重増加、脂肪形成、骨無機質含量低下、白色脂肪組織重量増加、コレステロール値上昇、レプチン値上昇、インスリン耐性、ＩＩ型糖尿病、血糖値上昇、炎症性疾患、変形性関節症、高血圧、血圧亢進または脳卒中等の心臓血管疾患、非アルコール性脂肪性肝炎（ＮＡＳＨ）などの脂肪肝疾患（肝臓への脂肪の蓄積）、脱共役タンパク質－１（ＵＣＰ－１）値低下、および脂質生成増加を含む代謝障害、閉経後肥満および高脂肪食摂取に関連する疾患を予防および／または治療するための薬剤の製造に用いられる。【選択図】図なし
