PURPOSE: A walker is provided to assist a self-supporting walk of a patient by installing a secondary walker which is equipped with a left pulling wire, a right pulling wire, a left pulling bar, a right pulling bar, and a pulling shaft in the feet of the patient. CONSTITUTION: A walker includes a secondary walker which is equipped with a left pulling wire, a right pulling wire, a left pulling bar, a right pulling bar, and a pulling shaft. The left pulling wire is connected to the left foot of a patient and the right pulling wire is connected to the right foot of the patient. The left pulling bar rotates by connecting the left pulling wire in one side and the right pulling bar rotates by connecting the right pulling wire in one side. The pulling shaft is connected to the left pulling bar and the other side of the right pulling bar. The wheel of the secondary walker borders on the ground.본 발명의 보행기는 환자의 팔을 걸치기위해 상부에 위치하는 상부지지대, 상기 상부지지대로부터 하부로 연장되어 형성되는 중앙지지대, 상기 중앙지지대의 하부에 위치하여 하부지지대 및 상기 하부지지대의 하부에 위치 상기 보행기가 이동 가능하게 하는 지면과 접하는 복수개의 바퀴를 포함하는 보행기에 있어서, 환자의 발에 연결되어 환자 자립보행을 도와주는 보조보행기를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
