PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce work time of procedure of indwelling a stent.SOLUTION: The device indwells a self-expanding type stent 5 in a puncture hole 74 bored by a puncture needle in a lumen organ wall (a gastric wall 71, a bile duct wall 72).
