A pharmaceutical composition containing stabilized coenzyme Q10, multivitamins and minerals is provided to improve physicochemical stability of the composition and maintain the content and titer of the coenzyme Q10 and minerals for a long period of time by separately tableting them and coating the tablet composition with a moistureproof material. The pharmaceutical composition contains a first granule layer containing coenzyme Q10 and multivitamins, and a second layer containing minerals which are separated, wherein the composition further contains a film-coating layer； the mineral is calcium, copper, iodine, iron, magnesium, manganese, molybdenum, potassium, selenium, sulfur or zinc； and the film-coating material is polyvinylalcohol(PVA), hydroxypropylmethylcellulose(HPMC), phthalic acid hydroxypropylmethylcellulose(HPMCP) or metacrylic acid dimethylaminoethyl/metacrylic acid methyl copolymer(Eudragit E).본 발명은 유통기간 중 안정한 코엔자임Q10, 비타민 및 미네랄 성분을 함유하는 약제학적 제형 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 좀 더 구체적으로, 본 발명은 활성성분으로 코엔자임Q10, 비타민 및 미네랄을 주성분으로 하고, 추가적으로 부형제, 결합제, 붕해제, 활택제 등을 넣어 균일하게 혼합하여 제조한 정제에 있어서, 활성성분 중 코엔자임Q10이 미네랄 성분과 혼합되지 않도록 제조한 약제학적 제형 및 그의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
