A patient interface (10) including a flexible support structure (22), an interfacing structure (20) supported by the flexible support structure and configured to engage and seal against an underside of a patient’s nose, and an air delivery and stabilizing system (30) to deliver a supply of breathable gas to the interfacing structure and to create an interfacing vector. The interfacing structure including at least one orifice formed therein to deliver breathable gas to the patient’s airways, the at least one orifice being configured to be positioned externally of the patient’s airways and in fluid communication therewith in use. The air delivery and stabilizing system includes a pair of tubes (42). Each tube has a first end connected to a manifold (70) and a second end connected to the flexible support structure. Each tube is adapted to pass along a respective cheek region of the patient, above a respective ear of the patient, and over the crown of the patient’s head. The manifold is configured to be positioned on top of the patient’s head in use.
