The invention relates to the field of medical instrument making, in particular, to devices for monitoring physiological parameters, and can be used in medical diagnostics systems for remote monitoring of patients in real time mode in any place and at any time by means of mobile device. It provides increased convenience of device operation due to reduction of its dimensions, provision of possibility of independent fast and correct positioning of ultrasonic sensor on the body, prevention of possible fetus exposure to irradiation. Ultrasonic sensor 3 and strain gauge 6 are constructively connected to case 16 with possibility of disconnection. Unit 1 for control of signal reception-transmission is located in case 16, the unit connected to the first output of digital processor 9 and connected with input of output amplifier 2. Output amplifier 2 is connected with ultrasonic sensor 3. Output of ultrasonic sensor 3 is connected with the first ADC 5 via the first input amplifier 4. Output of strain gauge 6 is connected with the second input amplifier 7, output of which is connected with input of the second ADC 8. Output of the second ADC 8 is connected with input of digital processor 9. The second output of digital processor 9 is connected with screen 13, and its third output is connected with loudspeaker 12 via digital-analogue converter 11. Digital processor 9 is bilaterally connected with control panel 10 and transceiver 14.
