An endoscope insert assembly using an equidistant spring and supporting component (21). The assembly comprises: a controlling portion and a bending portion (2) disposed at a front end of the controlling portion, a front-end portion (1), and a working channel (4). One end of the working channel is connected to the controlling portion, while the other end is connected, via the bending portion, to the front-end portion. The bending portion is provided with the supporting component (21). The supporting component comprises a proximal connector (211), a set of articulating rings (212), and a distal connector (213). One end of the distal connector is connected to the front-end portion, and the other end is connected to an upper end of the set of articulating rings. One end of the proximal connector is connected to a bottom end of the set of articulating rings, while the other end is fixedly connected to the controlling portion. A control cable (22) of the controlling portion is sleevingly connected to an equidistant spring for controlling a direction and angle of bending of the supporting component. The control cable of the controlling portion and the equidistant spring are inserted through the proximal connector, set of articulating rings, and distal connector in that order, and are fixedly connected to the distal connector. The proximal end of the equidistant spring is fixedly connected to the proximal connector, and the distal end of the equidistant spring is fixedly connected to the distal connector. The endoscope insert assembly uses a sleevingly connected equidistant spring with a control cable to control, within specified ranges of bending direction and bending angle, a universal turning movement of a frontal portion of the endoscope, and to realize automatic bending and quick position reset of the frontal portion of the endoscope.Linvention porte sur un ensemble dinsertion endoscope utilisant un ressort équidistant et un composant de support (21).
