PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbon dioxide foam-type external preparation for skin which has an enhanced absorption effect of carbon dioxide to skin and mucosa by finding out a percutaneous absorption enhancer which has an excellent percutaneous absorption-enhancing action of carbon dioxide to be combined with the carbon dioxide foam-type external preparation for skin in a solid, granular, fine grain, or powder form.SOLUTION: In a carbon dioxide foam-type external preparation for skin in a solid, granular, fine grain, or powder form containing acidic substances, carbon dioxide-generating substances which react with the acidic substances to generate carbon dioxide, and a percutaneous absorption enhancer of carbon dioxide, permeability of carbon dioxide to the skin can be enhanced by containing squalane as a percutaneous absorption enhancer of carbon dioxide.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】 本発明においては、優れた炭酸ガスの経皮吸収促進作用を有する経皮吸収促進剤を見出し、固形状、顆粒状、細粒状又は粉末状の炭酸ガス発泡性皮膚外用剤に配合することにより、炭酸ガスの皮膚や粘膜への吸収効果を高めた炭酸ガス発泡性皮膚外用剤を提供することを課題とする。【解決手段】 酸性物質、前記酸性物質と反応して炭酸ガスを発生する炭酸ガス発生物質及び炭酸ガスの経皮吸収促進剤を含有する固形状、顆粒状、細粒状又は粉末状の炭酸ガス発泡性皮膚外用剤において、スクワランを炭酸ガスの皮膚吸収促進剤として配合することにより、炭酸ガスの皮膚への透過性を高めることができる。【選択図】なし
