When combined 4 degree at ASA with comorbidity Charleson index above 5 points and the risk of venous thromboembolic complications by Kaprini scale of more than 12 points knee replacement is not performed. If the comorbidity Charleson index is 4-5 points, ASA severity level is 3 and evaluation of venous thromboembolic complications as per Kaprini scale is 9-11 points patient is sent to the relevant department for the preparation to the arthroplasty.
