Provided is a composition for forming a coating film directly on the skin by electrostatically spraying, said composition being capable of forming a coating film which is highly compatible with the skin, has an excellent adhesiveness, high abrasion resistance and good film texture and can be easily peeled off. The composition, which is to be electrostatically sprayed to form a coating film formed of a fiber directly on the skin, comprises: (a) a film-formable polymer； (b) one or more kinds of volatile substances selected from an alcohol and a ketone； (c) a plasticizer； and (d) a texture controlling agent other than component (c).
