PURPOSE: A hybrid disinfecting device for a vehicle is provided to disinfect the surroundings by charging a battery with a vehicle power supply or a household power supply and to maintain an environmentally-friendly road or an environmentally-friendly mountain not capable of supplying electricity.CONSTITUTION: A hybrid disinfecting device(100) for a vehicle comprises a battery charger(10), a battery(12), a battery management system(14), a key handling unit(15), a control unit(16), a motor driving unit(18), a motor(20), a chemicals tank(22), an antifreeze tank(24), a valve(24), a jet pump(26), a jet hose(27), an injection nozzle(30), an electric reel(28), a remote controller(32), and an electric reel driving unit(29). The battery management system controls the charging of the battery and safely supplies the rated voltage to charge the power source of the battery. The key handling unit generates various key signals for disinfection, and the control unit generates a motor driving control signal by receiving key control signals. The motor driving unit outputs motor driving signal due to the motor driving control signal and the motor generates a rotatory force due to the motor driving signal. The valve selectively supplies chemical fluids and antifreeze or blocks the same. The jet pump pumps the chemical fluid supplied through the valve with driving of the motor. The jet hose is connected to a discharge line of the jet pump, and the injection nozzle is connected to the jet hose to inject the chemical fluid. The remote controller remotely generates key signals in order to wrap the jet hose with the electric reel.
