Disclosed is a novel composition which has a function of stimulating production of laminin-332. The composition is stable and safe, and can be used routinely. Specifically disclosed is a laminin-332 production stimulating composition which contains one or more compounds selected from the group consisting of D-alanine, D-hydroxyproline, derivatives and/or salts thereof. The composition may be used for the purpose of suppressing and/or improving a skin condition. The skin condition may include, but is not limited to a photoaging, wrinkles, a rough skin, fine wrinkles and a dry skin.
