PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a leg-binding type small-animal trap which is used for trapping a small animal such as wild boar or deer, hardly causes wariness in the small animal, and secures a quick wire-squeezing action.SOLUTION: The small-animal trap is characterized by comprising a step board 1 which is horizontally disposed on a step hole H dug in an animal trail or the like so that the small animal steps through, a wire 2 widely spread in a loop-like shape around the step board 1, a squeezing member 3 for squeezing the loop-like portion of the wire 2, and a reaction member 4 for reacting with the movement of the step board 1 due to the stepping-through of a small animal to start the squeezing of the squeezing member 3, wherein the reaction member 4 has a small receiving plate 4c contacting with the lower side of the step board 1 at the tip portion to support the step board 1 from the lower side, is supported on the squeezing member 3 in a state capable of rising or falling, and starts to cause the squeezing member 3 to squeeze, when downward falling.COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT【課題】 猪,鹿等の小動物を捕獲する足括り式の小動物捕獲装置について、小動物が警戒心を起こしにくくワイアの絞込み動作に迅速性が保障されるようにする。【解決手段】 獣道等に掘設された踏抜穴Hに小動物が踏抜くように水平に設置される踏板1と、踏板1の周囲にループ状に広げられて配置されるワイア2と、ワイア2のループ状の部分を絞込む絞込部材3と、小動物の踏抜きによる踏板1の動作に応動して絞込部材3に絞込みを開始させる応動部材4とを備えている。応動部材4は、先端部に踏板1の下面に当接して踏板1を下支えする小形の受板4cが設けられて絞込部材3に起伏可能に支持され下方へ向けて傾倒することで絞込部材3に絞込みを開始させる。【選択図】図1
