The invention relates to an organic treatment equipment and method for animal bones in which an engine bed is disposed with an input port located on a top portion of the engine bed and a stirring tank located below the input port, and a channel for animal bones to be input from the input port is formed between the input port and the stirring tank, wherein crashing means for dismembering and twisting animal bones that fall into the stirring tank are installed on the channel, and stirring and heating means are disposed to the engine bed to stir, steam boil and dry crashed animal bones in the stirring tank for a while. Further, proper amount of water, thermophilic bacterium having a certain dosage and a predetermined weight percentage of culture medium can be injected into the stirring tank.
