A vital sign sensor capable of resisting clutter generates an oscillating signal by the SIL oscillator, and the oscillating signal transmits to an object in the form of wireless signal by an antenna set. The antenna set receives a reflecting signal reflected from the object, and the reflecting signal in injected-locking into the SIL oscillator. The wireless signal transmitted by the antenna is delivered to a demodulator unit for demodulating and obtaining the vital sign of the object.
