PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ozone measurement method measuring an ozone concentration to a practical allowable tolerance without using an expensive ozone concentration meter, an inexpensive ozone generator with simple structure utilizing the above measurement method, and to provide a nutrient liquid cultivation device using the ozone generator.SOLUTION: There is provided an ozone generator 1 supplying a raw material gas from a raw material gas source to a discharge type ozonizer to generate ozone. In the generator, a flow-regulating valve 7 is provided between the raw material gas source 3 and the ozonizer 2, and a pressure-regulating valve 9 is provided at a secondary side of the valve 7. The ozone generator measures the concentration of ozone generated by the ozonizer 2 on the basis of the raw material gas flow rate regulated by the valve 7 and the ozonizer inner pressure regulated by the valve 9, and controls the concentration of ozone generated by the ozonizer 2 by controlling the opening degrees of the valve 7 and/or the valve 9 so that the measured ozone concentration becomes a prescribed one.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】高価なオゾン濃度計を使用することなく、実用上許容できる誤差でオゾン濃度を計測するオゾン計測方法、この計測方法を利用した簡単な構造で構成された安価なオゾン発生装置、並びこのオゾン発生装置を用いた養液栽培装置を提供する。【解決手段】原料ガス源から放電式のオゾナイザに原料ガスを供給してオゾンを発生するオゾン発生装置であって、原料ガス源3とオゾナイザ2との間に流量調整弁7を設けるとともに流量調整弁7の2次側に圧力調整弁9を設け、流量調整弁7が調整した原料ガス流量と圧力調整弁9が調整したオゾナイザ内圧に基づいてオゾナイザ2が発生したオゾン濃度を計測し、その計測したオゾン濃度が所定濃度となるように流量調整弁7及び/又は圧力調整弁9の開度を調整することによってオゾナイザ2が発生するオゾン濃度を制御するオゾン発生装置1である。【選択図】 図1
