The invisible light display device comprises: an imaging apparatus (3) for imaging invisible light of an imaging object, and a projection assembly (4), wherein the imaging apparatus (3) converts a formed invisible light image into a visible light image, and by means of the projection assembly (4), visible light of the visible light image returns along an original light path through the imaging apparatus (3) and is superposed onto the imaging object, and the original light path is a light path for light of the imaging object to enter the imaging apparatus (3). The invisible light display device can collect image information invisible to the naked eye in real time and integrate same into the visual field in an operation so as to provide real-time reference for surgeons.L'invention concerne un dispositif d'affichage de lumière invisible et un système de guidage optique pour des opérations.
