PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an edible laminated film which collapses in a shorter period of time, does not give a user a sense of displeasure caused by being sticky inside an oral cavity, namely, has excellent meltability in a mouth, is easily swallowed and is advantageous for the incorporation of pharmacologically active ingredients, and to provide a method for producing the edible laminated film.
SOLUTION: The edible laminated film 100 is obtained by laminating a plurality of edible films 1a, 1b which are the same or different directly or via another layer. At least one layer of the plurality of the edible films 1a, 1b is composed of an edible film (A) in which water-soluble fine particles 11 are present in a dispersed state inside a water-soluble film 12 formed from a material containing a film forming agent containing hydroxypropyl cellulose. The method for producing the edible laminated film is also provided.
