The present invention relates to a conditioning composition and, more particularly, to a conditioner composition comprising a cationic surfactant and an anionic polymer. The anionic polymer in the present invention comprises a copolymer having a particular chemical formula. Provided is a personal care composition for hair or skin which provides an excellent texture when the hair is wetted and rinsed, and improves the adsorption of conditioning components to an adherent. Therefore, the composition has excellent effects on conditioning even after the hair is dried, and the effects of conditioning are maintained for a long time. An anionic polymer used for the conditioner composition comprises: a unit selected from the group consisting of an acrylic acid monomer unit, a maleic acid monomer unit, a methacrylic acid monomer unit, a methylmethacrylic acid monomer unit, and a copolymer unit thereof； and a unit selected from the group consisting of monomer units represented by chemical formula 2, or a copolymer unit thereof.본 발명은 컨디셔닝 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 보다 구체적으로는 양이온성 계면활성제와 음이온성 폴리머를 포함하는 컨디셔너 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 음이온성 폴리머로 특정 화학식을 갖는 코폴리머를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명은 젖음시와 헹굼시 사용감이 매우 우수하고, 컨디셔닝 성분의 피착체로의 흡착이 향상되어 마른 후에도 컨디셔닝 효과가 매우 우수하며, 오랫동안 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 퍼스널 케어용 조성물을 제공한다.
