PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antimicrobial agent composition for a medical tool made of a vinyl chloride resin having excellent antimicrobial properties, and the medical tool made of the antimicrobial vinyl chloride resin prepared by adding the antimicrobial agent composition.SOLUTION: (a) A cyclic organophosphoric ester compound is represented by following general formula (I) (wherein, R1, R2 and R3 denote each independently hydrogen atom or a 1-18C straight-chain or branched alkyl group R4 denotes hydrogen atom or methyl group n denotes 1 or 2 and M denotes hydrogen atom or an alkali metal when n is 1 and M denotes an alkaline earth metal or zinc atom when n is 2).
