Erfindungsgemäß wird ein Suchverfahren nach einem optimal wirksamen Einzelstoffgemisch vorgeschlagen, das dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, daß es einen bestimmten Gehalt von Extrakten von Agni casti fructus (Mönchspfeffer), Cimicifuga racemosa oder Cimicifugae racemosae rhizoma (Traubensilberkerze, Cimicifuga-Wurzelstock), Panax ginseng (Ginseng) und alpha-Tocopherol enthält.
