A composition comprising a radioactive fluorine-labeled amino acid compound is provided, which can be prevented from radiolysis. Disclosed is a composition which comprises a solution containing a radioactive fluorine-labeled amino acid compound as an effective ingredient, in which the pH value of the solution is kept at 2.0-5.9, more preferably 2.0-4.9 in order to inhibit radiolysis. Also, it is possible to further inhibit radiolysis by adding thereto a pharmaceutical additive capable of inhibiting radiolysis, such as a sugar, a sugar alcohol and a sugar lactone, whilst the pH is kept at 2.0-5.9.(과제) 방사선 분해를 억제할 수 있는 방사성 불소 표지 아미노산 화합물의 조성물을 제공한다.(해결 수단) 방사성 불소 표지 아미노산 화합물을 유효 성분으로서 함유하는 용액으로 이루어진 조성물에 있어서, 상기 용액의 pH를 2.0~5.9, 보다 바람직하게는 2.0~4.9로 유지함으로써 방사선 분해를 억제한다. 또한, pH를 2.0~5.9로 유지하면서 당, 당알콜, 당락톤 등의 방사선 분해를 억제하는 의약품 첨가물을 첨가함으로써 중첩적으로 방사선 분해를 억제하는 것이 가능해진다.
