PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pet excreta treating device capable of sanitarily treating pet excreta without any labor.SOLUTION: A pet excreta treating device includes: a base part 2 including a top board 3 on which a pet can excrete； a first sheet member 4 that is delivered from one edge of the base part 2 onto the top board 3； a first sheet member holding part 5 for deliverably holding the first sheet member 4； a second sheet member 6 superposed with the first sheet member 4 at the other edge of the base part 2 so as to clamp the excreta； a second sheet member holding part 7 for deliverably holding the second sheet member 6； a sheet take-up part 8 for taking up the first sheet member 4 and the second sheet member 6 that are superposed with each other at the other edge； and drive means 9 for driving the sheet take-up part 8.
