The exemplary apparatus can include at least one first arrangement which can be configured to provide at least one electro-magnetic radiation to at least one portion of the at least one anatomical structure. The first arrangement(s) can include a configuration which is configured to relatively permanently attach the apparatus to or in the at least one anatomical structure.
