PURPOSE: A right and left separable implant combining apparatus is provided to accurately combine a first implant member with a second implant member by mechanically combining the first implant member with the second implant member by the movement of a first holder bar and a second holder bar. CONSTITUTION: A holder member includes a first holder bar (11) and a second holder bar (20) to face each other. A right and left separable implant includes a first implant member which is located on one end of the first holder bar and a second implant member which is located on one end of the second holder bar. A handle part (60) is fixed to the holder member and supports the holder member. A space control member (40) combines the first implant member with the second implant member by controlling a space between the first holder bar and the second holder bar. The space control member includes a support unit (41) which is fixed to the first holder bar and a moving bar (42) which vertically moves along the handle part.본 발명은 상호 분리된 제 1, 2 보형부재를 척추에 기계적으로 결합시키는 좌우 분리형 임플란트의 결합장치에 관한 것으로, 제 1 홀더바와 제 2 홀더바에 제 1 보형부재와 제 2 보형부재를 각각 장착한 후, 제 1, 2 홀더바를 이동시켜서, 제 1, 2 보형부재를 기계적으로 용이하게 결합시키는 효과가 있다.
