The present invention relates to a high intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) generator and a method for controlling a shape of a cauterizing unit using the same. The high intensity focused ultrasound generator comprises: an ultrasound vibration unit； and a noise applying unit, wherein the ultrasound vibration unit emits the HIFU, generated by a signal provided from an ultrasound generating unit, to a target.
