According to one embodiment of the present invention, a physical therapy apparatus comprises: a bed which has a plurality of support units supporting the cervical vertebral, the lumbar, the thoracic vertebrae and pelvis of a user, respectively, to support a body of the user； a sensor unit which measures pressure applied to the multiple support units by a weight of each of the user&prime；s cervical vertebral, lumbar, thoracic vertebrae and pelvis； a first driving unit which individually adjusts heights and inclinations of the support units； a second driving unit which vibrates, rotates or pivots the support units in left and right directions, respectively, based on a predetermined center line of the bed； a computing unit which derives a curvature degree of the spine of the user from a value measured by the sensor unit； and a control unit which controls the first driving unit or the second driving unit to operate each of the support units independently according to a curvature degree of the spine of the user calculated by the computing unit.
