The stem removal apparatus for medicinal crops, comprises: a feeder unit, which discharges sequentially a plurality of medicinal plants introduced therein an aligning unit, which rotates, aligns and transports in a rearward direction, the medicinal plants discharged from the feeder unit a transport unit, which transports the aligned medicinal plants in multiple columns and a stem removal unit, which removes stems of the medicinal plants that are being sequentially introduced from the transport unit.
