PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood purification device for performing blood removal through a puncture needle, capable of efficiently solving blood removal failure due to adhesion of a blood vessel of a patient to a hole of a puncture needle.SOLUTION: A blood purification device 1 comprises: a blood removal line 10 a blood pump 30 a first infusion line 50 an infusion container 51 which is connected to the first infusion line 50 a first opening/closing valve 52 for opening and closing the first infusion line 50 a second infusion line 60 an infusion pump 61 and a chamber 62 arranged on the second infusion line 60 a pressure sensor 40 and a control part 80, in which the infusion container 51 is arranged above a patient P in a vertical direction. When a pressure measured by a pressure sensor 40 in an operation time becomes smaller than a first prescribed value, the control part 80 supplies first, a second infusion to the chamber 62 by the infusion pump 61 until a pressure measured by the pressure sensor 40 becomes a second prescribed value or higher, then, stops the operation of the infusion pump 61 and then opens the first infusion line 50 by the first opening/closing valve 52.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT【課題】穿刺針を介して脱血を行う血液浄化装置において、穿刺針の孔に患者の血管が貼り付くこと等に起因した脱血不良を効果的に解消する。【解決手段】血液浄化装置1は、脱血ライン10と、血液ポンプ30と、第一輸液ライン50と、第一輸液ライン50に接続される輸液容器51と、第一輸液ライン50の開閉を行う第一開閉弁52と、第二輸液ライン60と、第二輸液ライン60上に配置される輸液ポンプ61及びチャンバ62と、圧力センサ40と、制御部80と、を備え、輸液容器51を患者Pよりも鉛直上方に配置する。制御部80は、運転時に圧力センサ40で測定した圧力が第一所定値よりも小さくなった場合に、まず圧力センサ40で測定した圧力が第二所定値以上になるまで輸液ポンプ61で第二の輸液をチャンバ62に供給し、次いで輸液ポンプ61の運転を停止させ第一開閉弁52で第一輸液ライン50を開放する。【選択図】図1
