PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic atomizing device which can atomize a liquid in a wide range and can stably supply the atomizing amount, and equipment provided with the ultrasonic atomizing device.
SOLUTION: The ultrasonic atomizing device 100 includes a Langevin type ultrasonic transducer 10 which is provided with a piezoelectric element 11, and a vibrating plate 13 which has an area larger than the ultrasonic transducer 10, is attached to one end of the ultrasonic transducer 10, and vibrates at a vibration frequency coinciding with the resonance frequency of the ultrasonic transducer 10 to generate ultrasonic waves. The liquid is supplied to the vibrating plate 13, whereby the liquid is atomized and emitted.
