PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic which excels in spreadability of the preparation without feeling stickiness of the humus soil extract, and which is excellent in providing smooth, moist, and supple skin after being used on the skin and hair.SOLUTION: The cosmetic comprises components: (A) humus soil extract and (B) polysaccharide containing glucuronic acid as a part of constituent sugar.
