The invention relates to physiotherapy, in particular, to methods of adaptive electric action on a living organism, wherein inductive energy storage is used for generating stimuli. The first variant of the method comprises placing electrodes on tissues of a subject and using said electrodes for transmitting electric stimuli bursts generated by the inductive storage, adjusting the stimuli according to processes occurring in the tissues, which result from interaction between said tissues and the electrodes and electric signal, controlling the action duration and/or modifying parameters of the stimuli in accordance with the change in free oscillation parameters, wherein the free oscillation parameters are measured during the action of the stimuli burst in progress, and in accordance with the measurement data obtained, the stimuli parameters of that stimuli burst and/or of the following stimuli burst, and/or of any of the following stimuli bursts, and/or the sequence frequency of the following stimuli bursts, and/or the action duration are controlled. The second variant differs in that free oscillation parameters of the last stimulus of every burst are measured, and the stimuli parameters of the following stimuli burst, or of any of the following stimuli bursts, and/or the sequence frequency of the following stimuli bursts, and/or the action duration are controlled.
