PURPOSE: A cutting and back folding device for a mulching film is provided to enable the movement of the cutting and back folding position of a film by allowing a guide rod to guide a fixing plate. CONSTITUTION: A cutting and back folding device (30) for a mulching comprises a folding plate (31), a cutting blade (32), and a pair of folders (34). The bottom of the folding plate is wider than the top thereof. The cutting blade is protruding from the top of the front surface of the folding plate. The folders are formed on the rear surface of the folding plate and face each other. The top width of each folder is wider than the width of the folding plate to be protruding to the outside. When a mulching film is produced, the cutting blade cuts the rear film of the mulching film in a longitudinal direction, and the folders fold both ends of the cut film.본 발명은 멀칭 필름 절단배접기에 있어서, 하부보다 상부가 넓은 평판형의 배접판과； 상기 배접판의 전면 상부에 돌출 구성된 절단칼과； 배접판의 후면에 이격되고, 마주보는 좌우 1쌍으로 구성되고, 상부 폭이 배접판의 폭보다 크게 되어 배접판 외부로 돌출되고, 하부가 수직으로 구성되는 배접부와； 배접판과 이격되고, 배접부와 각각 일체형으로 구성되고, 'ㄷ'형상 구성되고, 일측면이 배접판의 전면을 타측면이 배접판의 후면을 중간면이 배접판의 일측면을 감싸는 형상으로 구성되고, 종단 방향으로 길게 관통된 상부배접조절부와, 상부배접조절부의 하측에 일정간격으로 이격되게 구성되고 상부배접조절부와 동일한 형상으로 구성되고, 상부배접조절부보다 길이가 길게 돌출되는 하부배접조절부로 구성되는 배접조절부가 구성되고, 배접판이 가이드봉의 안내에 의하여 좌우방향으로 이동되게 구성되어； 멀칭 필름의 생산 시에 배면 필름을 종단 방향으로 절단과정과 절단된 양 끝면의 일부를 접는 과정과 동시에 수행할 수 있고, 배접조절부의 좌우 벌림 폭의 조정으로 배접 폭의 조절이 가능하고, 배면 필름의 절단위치와 배접위치의 이동이 가능하고, 멀칭 필름의 일면만 절단되어 농가 등의 현장에 멀칭 필름의 배면을 펼쳐 멀칭 필름의 사용 폭을 크게 할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
