PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide public facilities, a server device, a server program, and a learnt model expected to be used for other purposes than lighting.SOLUTION: Public facilities according to the present embodiment comprise: a sensor which senses information on a circumference； and a transmission part which transmits information corresponding to a detection result of the sensor and identification information given to itself to a server device. The server device according to the embodiment comprises: a reception part which receives the information corresponding to the detection result of the sensor and the identification information given to the public facilities from a plurality of public facilities decentralized and arranged while each having a sensor； and a storage part which stores the information that the reception part receives.
