PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning method capable of easily and perfectly sterilizing an inner part of piping in a dental treatment apparatus and effectively utilizing a space in the dental treatment apparatus.SOLUTION: A dental treatment apparatus includes a dental treatment table 110, a water supply port 120, a water supply device 130 for gargle, and a dental instrument 140. A cleaning method includes: a drain process for draining dwelling water from piping a connection process for connecting a cleaning solution supply device 150 having a cleaning solution tank 151, a pump 152, and a cleaning solution supply tube 153 to the water supply port 120 of the piping in place of a water supply duct 220 a cleaning solution supply process for pressure-supplying a cleaning solution inside the cleaning solution tank 151 to respective places of the piping with the use of the pump 152 a cleaning process for causing a cleaning solution to dwell in the respective places of the piping a re-connection process for connecting the water supply duct to the water supply port 120 of the piping and a rinsing process for pressure-supplying tap water to the respective places of the piping and rinsing the respective places.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】歯科用診療装置の配管内部の消毒が簡易かつ完全にでき、歯科診療装置内のスペースを有効に活用できる洗浄方法を提供する。【解決手段】歯科用診療装置は歯科用診療台110、給水口120、うがい用給水装置130、歯科用インスツルメント140を備えている。配管から滞留水を抜く排水工程と、配管の給水口120に対して給水管路220に代えて、洗浄溶液タンク151とポンプ152と洗浄溶液供給管153を備えた洗浄溶液供給装置150を接続する接続工程と、洗浄溶液タンク151内の洗浄溶液をポンプに152より配管の各所に圧送する洗浄溶液供給工程と、配管の各所において洗浄溶液を滞留させる洗浄工程と、配管の給水口120に対して給水管路を接続する再接続工程と、水道水を配管の各所に圧送して各所のすすぎを行うすすぎ工程を行う。【選択図】図3
