PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antimicrobial/preservative agent composition superior in safety and having a superior effect as compared with a paraben and silver zeolite.SOLUTION: The antimicrobial/preservative agent composition contains an acylated amino acid (A), a linear fatty acid ester of glycerol (B) and an ether from a branched aliphatic alcohol of glycerol (C), with a weight ratio of (A):(B):(C) being 1:0.1-10:0.1-10.
