The lip cosmetic of the present invention is characterized by comprising the following (a) and (b), wherein the blending quantity of (b) is 20 to 70 mass %:(a) 5 to 20 mass % of a polyglyceryl isostearate wherein the addition mole number of glycerin is 4 to 10, and the number of isostearic acid residues is 1 to 4 and(b) (b1) 20 to 70 mass % of a methyl phenyl silicone, (b2) 0 to 45 mass % of a pentaerythritol ester.
