(A) is 0.03 mass% or more to 0.2 mass% or less of glycerin trifatty acid ester whose constituent fatty acid is a saturated straight chain fatty acid of carbon number 14-22 (B) is a naphthalene sulfonic acid or a salt thereof (C) is 0.01 mass% or more to 10 mass% or less of a cationic surface active agent containing 8 mass% or more to 50 mass% or less of a cetyl trimethylammonium salt.
