Therefore, the pharmaceutical composition comprising the CPT-binding compound and a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof as an active ingredient is expected to effectively treat cancer, particularly colorectal cancer, even with a low dose of CPT.본 발명은 단당류에 캄토테신(Camptothecin； CPT) 또는 CPT 유도체, 및 구아니딘이 결합된 CPT-결합 화합물 및 이의 약학적으로 허용가능한 염에 관한 것으로, 상기 CPT-결합 화합물을 통해 CPT 약물의 용해도 및 세포투과성을 향상시켜 목적하는 세포로 CPT를 효과적으로 전달할 수 있다. 따라서, 상기 CPT-결합 화합물 및 이의 약학적으로 허용가능한 염을 유효성분으로 포함하는 약학 조성물은 낮은 용량의 CPT로도 암, 특히 대장암을 효과적으로 치료할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
