PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pin driving instrument capable of easily and surely puncture a living body tissue with a pin in a living body.
SOLUTION: The pin driving instrument 1 includes a body 10 with an elongated shape, and an inflatable/deflatable balloon 6. The body 10 has an outer cylinder 2, an inner cylinder 3 having a housing section 33 for housing the pin 5, and a presser 4 for pressing the pin 5. The distal end sides of the outer cylinder 2 and the inner cylinder 3 are each closed and the proximal end sides are each opened. Further, the presser 4 is placed in the inner cylinder 3 so as to be moved along the longitudinal direction of the inner cylinder 3, and the inner cylinder 3 is placed in the outer cylinder 2 so as to be moved along the longitudinal direction of the outer cylinder 2. Furthermore, an opening 21 for discharging the pin 5 is formed in the side of the distal end portion of the outer cylinder 2 and the balloon 6 is placed on the opposite side.
